Enquiries made through the contact form or WhatsApp are not a booking or commitment on either side. Any work only begins once we've agreed in writing (including over WhatsApp) on what's being delivered, the cost, and the timeline.
Pricing and payment terms will be confirmed directly with you before any work begins, and may vary depending on the services agreed.

We put real effort and care into every campaign, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like follower counts, leads, or sales. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, competition, and market conditions.
Once a project is paid for in full, the final designs, adverts, and content created for you become yours to use for your business. Drafts, unused concepts, and our working files remain the property of Shine Local SA unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Either side can end an ongoing arrangement by giving reasonable notice, agreed at the time work begins. Work already completed or in progress at the point of cancellation will still need to be paid for.
Shine Local SA will always act in good faith and with reasonable care, but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit, or opportunity, arising from the use of our services or this website.
